Since the digiDL is an automatic reading solution, no manual actions are required during use. However, it is important to know how to install it. Here’s how:
It's important to know that when using the digiDL, we need a company card from you. This card will be securely stored in our card hotel at the office. We need it to read the tachograph remotely.
The wireless reading of the driver card and tachograph is done through the mobile network. This requires a connection between the tachograph and your company card, which will be securely stored on our server. We can then read your files via a 4G connection.
The files are immediately available in our tachograph analysis software, DigiTac Web, after being read. The files from your driver card(s) are automatically uploaded to the software every 14 days, while the data from your digital tachograph is uploaded every 21 days. For the installation of the wireless reading, we will personally guide you through three steps. To give you an idea, these steps are outlined in the manual that you can download below.
When you hit the road with the digiDL, you comply with the legal requirements for reading and storing data. Also, the program that we can provide you with is not an unnecessary luxury. With DigiTac Web, you always have quick access to a complete overview of the files.
As soon as you have read the tachograph, we will immediately run a risk analysis for you. We will then inform you about any inconsistencies you can address in your system. Our software does not remove violations for you, but it does give you the opportunity to prevent them.
The Digifob Pro is an easy-to-use manual solution for reading driver cards and all types of tachographs. The great advantage of the Digifob Pro is that you can upload data via Wi-Fi to our online environment. The data is then immediately available in our online tachograph analysis software. Additionally, the Digifob Pro features a full-color display on which drivers can view activities and violations.
